Our property offers a sophisticated blend of modern luxury and serene comfort, having been completely renovated in 2024 from a cherished family country house. Guests can enjoy high-end Italian furnishings and high aesthetics within a peaceful private garden setting. We are ideally located in the heart of Tolo, merely a four-minute stroll from the sun-kissed shores of the beach.

What are the check-in and check-out procedures?

We welcome guests for check-in from 15:00 until 20:00. As we do not maintain a traditional 24-hour front desk, we kindly request that you contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival to coordinate check-in instructions and lockbox information. On your day of departure, check-out is scheduled between 08:00 and 11:00.

Are there dining facilities or kitchenettes available?

While the property does not feature an on-site restaurant, every room and suite is thoughtfully equipped with a fully functional kitchenette. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, espresso maker, and necessary kitchenware, allowing you the flexibility to prepare light meals or enjoy a morning coffee at your leisure.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes, we offer free off-site private parking for our guests, located approximately 50 meters from the property. This provides a convenient and secure solution for those exploring the Argolis region by car, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

What guest services do you provide?

To ensure a seamless experience, we provide daily housekeeping and professional concierge services. Our team can assist with car and motorbike rentals, luggage storage, and tour or ticket assistance for local attractions such as Nafplio and Epidaurus. High-speed Wi-Fi is also complimentary and accessible throughout the premises.

What is your policy on pets and smoking?

To maintain a pristine and comfortable environment for all our visitors, pets are not permitted at the property. Additionally, Arancia Elegant Rooms & Suites is a non-smoking establishment, and smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. We also observe quiet hours between 15:00 and 17:00 to preserve the tranquility of our garden setting.
